Three stages, one code

Booked
The moment your booking is confirmed you get an SC- code by email. That code is your parcel for the rest of the trip.

Picked up
A courier collects the parcel and the map goes live. You'll see the courier moving and an arrival estimate that updates as traffic changes.

Delivered
The recipient gives the 4-digit handoff code, the courier captures a photo and signature, and your receipt lands in your inbox.
